These terms govern your use of Squeej (squeej.app), operated by Squeej (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Squeej is a software platform that helps screen printing and custom apparel shops manage orders, communicate with customers, generate quotes, and streamline production. We are a software provider — not a print shop. We do not print, produce, or fulfill any orders. We are not responsible for print quality, production timelines, or fulfillment of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Shop owners are responsible for their team members’ access and actions on the platform. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You retain full ownership of your data — orders, customer records, artwork files, designs, and any other content you create or upload. By using Squeej, you grant us a license to store, display, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the service on your behalf.
If you leave Squeej, you can request an export of your data. We will provide it in a reasonable format.
Your shop is responsible for the information you collect from your customers through Squeej and for how you use it, including any marketing email you send. We store and process that information on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your shop’s name and contact details accurate, since your customers rely on them to reach you, and for responding to your customers’ requests to see, correct, or remove their information.
Running your shop on Squeej is free. When you take a payment through Squeej, a platform fee is deducted from that payment in addition to Stripe’s processing fees; the current rates are shown in your payment settings. An optional paid plan adds your public website: Squeej as the front page of your shop on your own domain, the pages that help customers find you in search, and removal of Squeej branding. It is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you upgrade. You can cancel it at any time and keep its features through the end of the current billing period; your shop then continues on the free plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that is harmful to us or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious abuse. You can also delete your shop at any time from your account settings.
Squeej is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific feature will always be available. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeej and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squeej and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of Squeej after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
